SINGLE LICENSE (1-2 Users)—A single license is for a single location and may be installed on no more than 2 computers within a single office. A single license allows you to make ONE printed copy of the United States National CAD Standard®. The electronic files may not be stored on an office intranet.

SITE LICENSE (3- 10 Users)—A site license is for a single location and may be installed on 10 or fewer computers within a single office, or stored on a single office intranet with no more than 10 workstations. A site license allows you to make no more than 10 printed-copies or the United States National CAD Standard®.

ENTERPRISE LICENSE (11+ Users)—An enterprise license may be installed on more than 10 computers on a company-wide intranet, with multiple offices and workstations. An enterprise license allows you to make unlimited copies or the United States National CAD Standard® for members of your company.

MEMBER RATE—Members of NIBS, AIA and CSI qualify for the member rates.
ACADEMIC/GOVERNMENT RATE—Orders from US Federal, State, and City Government and Academic Institutions qualify for the academic/government rate.
STUDENT RATE—Students enrolled in an academic institution qualify for the student rate.
Order Options
CREDIT CARD ORDERS—Choose your order option: download or CD-Rom. Select your license option. Place desired items in your cart. Click "Checkout" to place your order. Create or update your Account to process your order. Select "credit card" from the payment options. Click "continue" to confirm your order information. Click "submit my order" to process your secured credit card information. Click FINISH to return to your customer record and download your order or print your CD-Rom receipt. An email receipt will be sent to the email address you provided.
To place a credit card order using MasterCard, VISA or American Express, include your credit card account number, expiration date, the name as it appears on the card, and your credit card billing address.
CHECK ORDERS—Choose your order option: download or CD-Rom. Select your license option. Place desired items in your cart. Click "Checkout" to place your order. Create or update your Account to process your order. Select "Check" from the payment options. Click "submit my order" to process your order and print your order confirmation. An email receipt will be sent to the email address you provided.
Prepayment is required on all orders. Your order will be placed on hold pending receipt of your check. A download authorization or a shipping confirmation email will follow receipt of your check.
SALES TAX—District of Columbia customers, a 5.75% sales tax will be added to your order.
SHIPPING—Shipping costs are included in the publication price for all orders shipped within the United States via standard UPS ground service (or air service to Alaska and Hawaii). Please include your street address as UPS does not deliver to post office boxes. Orders will ship within one to two business days from receipt of the order. An additional $30 will be added to all Canadian orders and $50 to all other foreign orders shipped outside the North American continent. Please allow two weeks for delivery.
RUSH ORDERS—NIBS will be glad to RUSH ship your order via Airborne Express for next-day delivery service for an additional $20. There is no charge for RUSH shipping if you want your order shipped via Federal Express using your Federal Express account number. Include your Federal Express account number in the comments box on the online form to activate this option. Rush orders should be placed or received by NOON for same day shipping.
RETURN POLICY—Orders can be returned for a full refund less shipping costs, provided they are returned within 30 days of the purchase date. CD Orders: The customer pays for return of CD shipping costs and assumes responsibility for the return shipment and the product is returned in saleable condition, accompanied by a sales receipt. Download Orders: The customer sends a letter on company/institution/agency letterhead requesting a refund and attesting that all NCS downloads have been purged from all company computers, accompanied by a sales receipt.
